Welcome to Idaho Solar Cleaning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the solar panel cleaning and maintenance services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at idahosolarcleaning.com or by engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Described

Idaho Solar Cleaning provides professional solar panel cleaning, maintenance, bird proofing, thermal imaging inspection, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Boise and the Treasure Valley area. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Solar panel cleaning using deionized water systems
  • Bird proofing and critter guard installation
  • Thermal imaging inspection and diagnostics
  • Anti-static glass coating application
  • Window cleaning and pressure washing
  • Ongoing maintenance programs

Service availability may vary by location and property type. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Idaho Solar Cleaning are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual condition of the solar panels upon inspection
  • Accessibility and roof complexity
  • Number and size of panels
  • Additional services requested during the appointment
  • Environmental factors or unforeseen conditions

We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to maintain all scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule due to:

  • Inclement weather conditions that make service unsafe
  • Equipment issues or emergencies
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We will provide reasonable notice of any schedule changes and work with you to find an alternative time.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notification may also incur a fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo. For larger projects or ongoing maintenance contracts, payment plans may be available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Idaho Solar Cleaning performs all services with professional care and industry-standard practices. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to solar panels, roofing, or property discovered during service
  • We are not responsible for energy production outcomes, as solar panel performance depends on many factors beyond our control
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Service Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will address your concerns. This may include re-cleaning or a partial refund at our discretion.

Property Access and Safety

By scheduling our services, you grant Idaho Solar Cleaning permission to access your property and roof area as needed to perform the requested services. You are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and clear access to the service area
  • Informing us of any known hazards or property conditions
  • Securing pets during service appointments
  • Ensuring someone 18 years or older is available at the property during service

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Idaho Solar Cleaning and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
